Developed by industry professionals in ballet, modern jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sports acrobatics, yoga and many more, Acro students learn the five divisions of Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, and Tumbling. This stunning fusion of classical dance technique and acrobatic elements blends musicality, emotional expression, tricks, stunts, and choreography to create a unique dance performance. Students start with basic moves like forward rolls, cartwheels and balances before growing to more advanced stunts, tumbling, balances and partner work. Our Acro classes are excellent for building confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility in a safe studio environment.
